or feet on the floor and make your back straight.
Lower down until your chest is close to the floor
and your arms are bent at a 90-degree angle, then
push back up. Repeat at least 10 times.
Do dumbbell pullovers to tone your chest muscles

cardiovascular exercise to shed pounds. Do it 30
