Who is Temi olukoya ?
I am an entrepreneur, from ogun state born and raised in lagos. I own a shoe boutique in lagos called Miet4shoes.
A quick brief into your back ground?
I am the second child from a family of five children,Attended home science ikoyi , and went to college at federal government girls college oyo,studied philosophy at the university of Lagos.
How was growing up like for you?
Growing up was so much fun I grew up with my sisters and we were all one/two years older than each other,So i had sisters as best friends.we were big crooks together.
What are your hobbies?
I love dancing,traveling,browsing the internet to discover new things/business idea.
Tell us about your evolution into Nollywood?
Acting has always been something i always wanted to do, i enrolled for an acting/directing course at PEFTI FILM INSTITUTE in 2007 to acquire skills to my talent and i did learn a lot,Asides that i have very supportive friends who are in the industry always encouraging me. I have a passion for it and its so much fun for me.
Tell us about your debut movie
First movie i did was. "Trinity"produced by wisdom macaulay.
There is a lot of competition in the industry as an upcoming actress how do intend to cope with competition?
I dont bother myself about competition whenever i do anything for my own success. I only concentrate on my growth. I try my best to be a better person everyday for my own good,i believe in growth, i preach growth and i work towards growing everyday of my life,i believe in handwork,determination,consistency and faith. i will do my best and leave the rest to God.
how do you intend to find your place in the industry?
I have no strategies just faith in God.
Has acting really been rewarding?
Well i have not done so many movies for it to be rewarding enough but so far so good i would say its been fair enough.i am geting noticed,acquiring more knowledge and meeting people with positive energy encouraging me in the industry.
What is the worst part of being an upcoming actress?
i will say, adjusting to the lifestyle of working on set at very late hours.
How daring are you in romance movies?
Well i could be very daring so far it doesn't affect my personality the last movie i acted in'Dangerous blood' i did a romance scene and i delivered the script well.
What a sex scene means to you can you actually do that?
A sex scene entails nudity and romance in a movie.As an actor one should be versatile in accepting challenging roles but like i said earlier so far it doesn't affect my personality.
Who are those actresses you look up to in the industry?
I look up to a lot but i will mention a few, Mercy Johnson,funke akindele,Tana Adelana, Annie idibia,they are strong women.
Do you have any project you are working on currently?
At the moment i dont have any major project i am working on. Just the same things i do as an Entrepreneur,asides from my shoe boutique, i import different things into the country and export things out as well.my friends/clients refer to me as "jack of all Trade"... Lol
From business angle tell us more about your business?
Miet4shoes"is the name of my Store located around lekki expressway Lagos.we got trending, high quality male and female foot wears and we do wholesale and retail supply. When i first started it was difficult getting new clients but today social media has really blessed us in connecting to people across the nation. Asides that, i have my brand of massaging pillows,bonnet dryer caps and pink lips balm i am also into supplies of party souvenirs and i sell Electric drifting scooter boards,i enjoy what i do and i am so business enthusiastic.
Many actress are now a producer are you planing to produce your own movie soon?
Hopefully, someday i would I have that in mind.
What is your self-projection for the next 5 year?
I want to be able to attain the peak of my acting career.
