Words and Music are one of the most powerful weapons in the arsenal of the earth.
This duo have make and mar so much people and have written and re-written and will still write history in our world today. Most of us will admit that we play/listen to music's more than we even pray, Isn't it?
You see, We live in a time where almost everything pertaining to growth, development and decadency of our society is hinged on Music and Words.
If you wanna tell a girl “Bae, I luv you” there's a music for that
If you wanna tell Elohim “I love and honour you with all my heart” there's a music for that
If you wanna boost your morale (to work, to read, or to do anything)- There's a music for that
If you really wanna just have sex- There's a music for that.
My dear, The question is not “Should a Christian listen to secular music?” The question is “Should a believer sing secular(worldly) music with the same tongue He Uses to sing songs to Elohim (God)? Can a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?
I don't condemn you, I Hope you'll know the truth, repent (change, make a U-turn) and not go back to your vomit (SIN)
All of us want to go to Heaven, A place where we'll sing and chant “Halleluiah, Halleluiah, Halleluiah Holy, Holy, Holy” Forever and Ever But Gospel music are boring to our hearings. It can't Work!
Here is something to chew; I don't give Credit to the devil for creating secular music, He didn't create A THING. God Created ALL THINGS but the enemy have corrupt some things especially Words and Music. Will You take What God create in His Purity or What God creates but the devil corrupts?
