Two car bombings have left 46 people dead in war torn Syria. The attacks occurred in the city of Homs.
A monitoring group in Syria confirmed the incident and said most of the victims were civilians.
No group has claimed responsibility for the bombing but many speculate that ISIL is responsible for the attack.
