Owing to the massive success of its last edition which took place at the Balcony parks and Garden Benue State hosting a crowd of more than two thousand people, “Laugh Out Loud ” with Mc Smart and friends have won the hearts of the people and has become the number one event when comedy, fun, relaxation and laughter is concerned.
