50 Cent Desperately Needs Someone To Rent His 'Cursed' Mansion

According to new reports by TMZ, 50 Cent who filed for bankruptcy some time ago is now looking for a way to pay up all of the debt that he is currently owing, and is looking to his mansion to bring him some money
50 Cent's lawyers have revealed that the rapper is now trying to sublet the mansion which features 21 bedrooms, 9 kitchens, and a Casino.

The problem in renting the mansion comes however in the fact that the mansion seems to be "financially cursed". According to reports, the previous owner Mike Tyson went bankrupt while living there, and a Lithuanian businessman also went bankrupt when he made it his home.

According to new reports which were found in 50 Cent's court papers, the rapper was allegedly paying $72,000 per month for the maintenance of the mansion.

My question now is: when he saw that money was leaving his hand very rapidly, why did he not quickly run out of the apartment? Why was he still spending $72,000 every month for the mansion's upkeep? Hopefully he would find a way out of this mess.
